This tutorial will cover how to take a database of customers and add what's known as a 'Cluster Code' to each of them. The Cluster Code comes from the PSYTE Segmentation system and is used to help understand your customers better. It goes deeper than standard demographic information like household income or population, and adds elements such as purchasing behavior and lifestyle characteristics. (Please note: this tutorial uses PSYTE Segmenation for the US, but it is available in other geographies as well.)
