If a printed map is necessary for your project, you can use the Layout window to help make printing your map that much easier. At any time within MapInfo professional you can always go to the file menu and choose print but that only prints the active window and doesn’t give you much control over how it will look. The layout window almost acts like an interactive ‘print preview’ where you can arrange multiple items (like a browser, map and graph) to print on a single page.
