There is a tool within MapInfo Professional that will allow you to calculate the distance between points in two different tables. For example, you might have a table of all of your customers, and another table of all your stores, and you wish to find the store to which each customer is closest. The distance calculator tool will perform this analysis and return a list of the customers and stores.
