Challenge
Providing online access to customer documents was a key objective for Comcel. The company also wanted to be able to display online documents within hours of the billing cycle, drastically reduce storage and outsourcing costs, and answer in-bound customer inquiries faster.
Solution
Comcel selected e2™ Vault to work with the DOC1 application already in production. The single integrated solution ensured that Comcel was able to not only index and ingest documents within four hours of a billing cycle, but also store all customer documents online, thereby reducing the storage requirement from 35 GB to 10 GB.
