ANICO needed to change they way they managed document and correspondence creation in order to meet their customer’s needs for a more effective, integrated and streamlined communication system.
Solution
ANICO adopted DOC 1 Interactive from Pitney Bowes Software (formerly Group 1 Software) to manage their customer communications and developed an enterprise-wide standard for ad-hoc document creation. With DOC1 Interactive, ANICO was able to streamline their document creation process, while integrating it with existing workflows and systems to create more effective and consistent customer communications.
