Risk Data Suite ™, a solution of Pitney Bowes Software, combines geospatial datasets and historical information for evaluating potential fire, weather, natural disaster and terror related exposure. These datasets are compatible with PB Software’s complete line of risk assessment map databases.
The Terror Risk Bundle provides terror sensitive locations with exposure factors and vulnerability ratings. This bundle consists of two main products TerrorRisk™ and places2protect™.
TerrorRisk™
TerrorRisk is a global list of Points of Interest provided by Exclusive Analysis Inc. EA provides risk scores for each location based upon their worldwide expert knowledge of terrorist activities. EA provides these updated scores quarterly to Pitney Bowes Software. With the initial buffers being provided by Pitney Bowes Software, insurance clients can now conduct simple but valuable terroris risk analysis.
TerrorRisk provides risk managers, underwriters and actuaries with new insight into their geographic terror risk exposures so they can make better pricing coverage, and risk selection decisions.
places2protect™
Places2protect™ (P2P) is a detailed, feature-rich database for the United States tailored for Homeland Security and Emergency Management applications. Critical infrastructure points include hospitals, schools, nursing homes, emergency medical services and police/fire departments as well as many other site categories.
Benefits:
