Capitalize on large, integrated data sources
The Pitney Bowes Software Canadian Wealth database is based on our Demand Insight Financial data product. Canadian Wealth calls on a large database of millions of anonymous financial account records from bank branches and credit unions across Canada.
Take advantage of two types of averages
The Pitney Bowes Software Canadian Wealth database takes advantage of the new, small area estimation methodology. This method estimates the total dollar volumes for each asset and each liability per dissemination area. Canadian Wealth uses two types of averages – the overall average, which uses all area households as its denominator, and the owner average, which uses only those households that own the asset. The overall average is used to compare markets across the country, while the owner average is used to thoroughly evaluate a given market.
Put diverse data to work
The Pitney Bowes Software Canadian Wealth database integrates data from various sources, including census data and aggregate data form TransUnion, Investor Economics and CREA.
