Time flies—especially when your job involves customer communications.  It was barely six months ago when we gathered at Insights Las Vegas to share the latest strategies and tools for CCM—and now we are planning Insights 2012, scheduled for June 13-15 in New Orleans.

When your job is communications, there is no downtime, so register today for Insights email updates to get the up-to-the-minute news on our 2012 conference, including agenda, speakers, and more.

Last year’s event showcased many leading-edge ideas on building lifetime customer value.

In case you missed the event, take a look at these presentations for a snapshot of the overall depth of Insights 2011:

  • Tying it all Together: The Right Message via the Right Channel at the Right Time. Mark Swain of InfoTrends focused on the value of an enterprise CCM strategy.
  • If you can’t measure it, you can’t fix it. An expert panel reviews how organizations are better managing their CCM processes by creating meaningful metrics.
  • Customers in action: Telefonica in Argentina. Discover how this company is using such Pitney Bowes solutions as the DOC1, Vault, StreamWeaver, e-Messaging and more to address changing customer needs and technological challenges while reducing operational costs
  • Get Smart about E-Billing and Web Self-Service. Mobile payments delivered via email, SMS-based communications and the Web are all extensions of your customer communication.
