He is responsible for strategy and implementation, design and development of new customer solutions, partnerships and high-level client engagements.
Lal has over fifteen years of collective experience in strategy, CRM and new business development in such industries as, Information Technology, Healthcare and Consumer Electronics. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, he held a number of leadership positions in the high-tech industry. He has spent a significant portion of his career spearheading market and product development for new ventures.
Lal holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Bio-Mechanical Engineering from University of Vermont and a MBA from Drexel University.
